His experience encompasses asset allocation, financial management, retirement planning, college funding, and succession planning, while taking into consideration the clients’ tax situation, thus ensuring each strategy is meticulously crafted to meet long-term objectives.
Beyond his financial career, Floyd is deeply committed to community service. As the Founder and President of Partnerships Adult Daycare Center, he was honored as a Hamden Notable by the Town of Hamden in 1991. His leadership extends to various organizations, serving as President of Temple Beth Sholom in Hamden and holding board positions with the Jewish Home for Children Endowment, Orchard Street Synagogue Cemetery Trust, Bnai Beth Sholom Cemetery Trust, the Community Associations Institute-CT Chapter, Greater New Haven Probus Club, and the Stonegate Homeowners Association.
